Rates

Nightly:  $125/night* up to 4 people   (2 night minimum on weekends)
             $150/night* for 5 or 6 people (2 night minimum on weekends)

Discounted rates for weekly and monthly rentals as follows:

Weekly:  $595* up to 4 people     (6 nights, 7 days)
              $750* for 5 or 6 people  (6 nights, 7 days)

Monthly: $1650*

*Plus 6% Pennsylvania sales tax

We require a one night non-refundable deposit at the time of your booking.  Stays of three or more nights require a credit card to secure the reservation.  Should a scheduled guest’s travel plans be interrupted by circumstances beyond their control, we will be more than happy to work with them to re-book a future date..

Policies

Visa and MasterCard, Checks, and Cash are accepted.
Deposit of one night’s lodging is required to hold the reservation.

Arrival Time:  3:00pm and later

Check-Out Time:  11:00am
A late check-out may be possible if there is no guest arriving immediately after. Arrangements must be made in advance or a fee of $50 will be assessed.

Due to the historic nature of the home and its furnishings, we are unable to accept pets.

Well-behaved children are always welcome.

The Tenant House at Shady Spring Farm and the farm itself is a non-smoking property.

The grounds of Shady Spring Farm are open for you to explore.  As with any natural area, be cautious of uneven ground and watch your step.  For your own safety do not attempt to feed or pet farm animals.
