Step back in time to a 1930’s farmhouse kitchen, complete with the latest conveniences of the time. The 1935 GE monitor top refrigerator belonged to Barb’s aunt and has been fully restored after sitting in a shed for many years. The cabinet was refinished at a local auto restorer while the motor was refurbished by an antique appliance specialist in Troy NY. Designed with the busy housewife in mind, the top-mounted motor is nearly silent and the foot pedal opens the door when one’s hands are full.
